SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS
Packages are sent by GLS for Metropolitan France (including Corsica).

Most orders are processed within 48 hours after validation.
Orders are then usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days after leaving our warehouse.
This delivery time may however vary depending on the method of payment, the carrier, public holidays or weather conditions. As well as during the COVID-19 period.

RETURNS & CONDITIONS
Returns are only considered when they are validated and organised by our customer service department. Please email us at email@example.com for confirmation that your issue is being taken care of. We will then give you the return address.
To be processed, products must be in their original packaging, unused and in perfect condition.
Refunds are made according to the method of payment of your order and taking into account the discounts applied to the order:
- Paypal: available to you on your paypal account
- Bank card: on your card, the amount will appear directly on your account.
Exceptionally, we inform you that the purchases made on our e-shop can only be exchange at our Parisian shop, since packages returns are not currently accepted.
You will not pay any return costs if you have followed the process detailed in Returns & Conditions and have had validation from our customer service department.
In this case, a GLS return label is sent by our customer service department and you drop off the package at a Collection Point.

No refund of expenses will be accepted outside this arrangement and apart from returns organised by our customer service department.
