Most orders are processed within 48 hours after validation.

Orders are then usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days after leaving our warehouse to the following areas:

RETURN AND CONDITIONS

The Customer benefits from a right of withdrawal allowing him to return the Products to the Seller without reason under the conditions set out in Article 8 below.
For any other reason for return than the right of withdrawal (Non-compliant or damaged Product, error in the content of the order, etc.), the Customer is invited to contact Customer Service who will give him the information necessary to satisfy his request as soon as possible and make, if necessary , a new delivery.
The Products must be returned in their original packaging (in transparent film), complete, in perfect condition and accompanied by the original purchase invoice.
The refund is made according to the method of payment of the order and taking into account the discounts applied to the order:
- Paypal: at your disposal on your paypal account
- Credit card: on your card, the amount will appear either directly on your account.
Return costs
The cost of returning the Product(s) is borne by the Customer, who only bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
No reimbursement of expenses will be accepted outside of this protocol and outside of returns organized by our customer service.
