Metropolitan France

Parcels are shipped via GLS for Metropolitan France (including Corsica), in accordance with Article 7.3 of the GTC. You may contact GLS at 08 99 70 31 00 (0.80€/min).

Most orders are processed within 48 hours after validation. Orders are then generally delivered within 3 to 5 business days after leaving our warehouse.

Notwithstanding the above, in all cases, delivery will be made within a maximum of thirty (30) business days from the receipt of the order confirmation email, subject to the availability of the Products, as indicated to the Customer at the time of ordering.

  • ZONE 1: Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg.
  • ZONE 2: United Kingdom*, Austria, Liechtenstein*, Switzerland*.
  • ZONE 3: San Marino, Vatican*, Andorra*, Portugal, Denmark, Hungary, Poland, Czech Rep., Slovakia.

For Zone 4, orders are generally delivered within 4 to 8 business days after leaving our warehouse:

ZONE 4: Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Ireland Rep., Latvia, Lithuania, Norway*, Romania, Slovenia, Sweden.

*Subject to customs formalities.

This delivery time may vary depending on the payment method, the carrier, public holidays, or weather anomalies. Also during COVID-19 periods.

Returns and conditions

Europe

The Customer has a right of withdrawal allowing them to return the Products to the Seller without providing a reason, under the conditions set out in Article 8 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. For any other reason for return besides the right of withdrawal (non-compliant or damaged product, etc.), the Customer is invited to contact Customer Service, which will provide the necessary information to process the request as quickly as possible and, if necessary, arrange a new delivery.

To be processed, Products must be returned in their original packaging (in the box), complete, in perfect condition and accompanied by the original purchase invoice.

Refunds are issued according to the payment method used for the order and taking into account any discounts applied to the order:

  • PayPal: refunded to your PayPal account
  • Bank card: refunded to your card; the amount will appear directly in your account.

Return fees

In accordance with Article L221-23 of the Consumer Code, return shipping costs for the Product(s) are the responsibility of the Customer, who bears only the direct cost of returning the goods.

No reimbursement of fees will be accepted outside this protocol or outside returns organized by our customer service.
