DELIVERY TIMES AND FEES

Parcels are shipped via YANGO Livraison, UTB, and JUMIA.

Delivery is made within 24 to 48 business hours from the receipt of the order confirmation email, subject to product availability, as indicated to the Customer at the time of ordering.

This delivery time may vary depending on the payment method, the chosen carrier, public holidays, or weather conditions.

Delivery fee: 7,000 CFA francs

RETURNS AND CONDITIONS

Right of withdrawal:

In accordance with applicable legislation, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision or incur any costs, except for return shipping fees.

The Product(s) must be returned in their original packaging, complete, in perfect condition, and accompanied by the original purchase invoice.

Returns outside the right of withdrawal:

For any reason other than the exercise of the right of withdrawal (e.g.: order error, defective item, etc.), the Customer is invited to contact Customer Service in order to receive the necessary instructions for prompt handling of the request and, if applicable, to arrange a new delivery.

Any return not previously approved by our Customer Service will not be accepted.

Refund conditions:

Refunds are made using the same payment method used when placing the order, taking into account any discounts applied.

Example: Payment by credit card – the amount is directly recredited to the bank account linked to the used card.

Return fees:

Pursuant to Article 69 of Law No. 2016-412 of June 15, 2016 on consumer protection, return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

The Customer is only responsible for the direct cost of returning the Product(s), except in the event of a defect or an error attributable to PREMIUM DESIGN.

No refund will be granted:

  • If the products are returned incomplete, damaged, or without the invoice;

  • Outside the legal time limits or without prior approval from our Customer Service.
