Products ordered on business days before 5:00 PM (CET) will be handed over to the carrier within 24 hours of receipt of the order.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, delivery shall in all cases take place within a maximum of thirty (30) business days following receipt of the order confirmation email, subject to product availability as indicated to the Customer at the time of ordering.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the payment method used, the carrier, public holidays, or weather conditions.
Carrier
All orders are shipped free of charge using the reliable services of PostNL. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, your parcel may be delivered to one of your neighbours, unless you indicated during the ordering process that the parcel must be delivered exclusively to the specified delivery address. Should anything unexpectedly go wrong with your delivery, please contact our Customer Service team and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

www.montaleparfums.com/nld/ currently accepts and ships orders within the Netherlands only. For deliveries to other European countries, please switch to the relevant country storefront. Orders may be placed in English from all countries to which we deliver. Orders are processed within 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
