SHIPPING TIMES & COSTS
Parcels will be sent with GLS express courier throught the Italian national territory.
Orders received are handed over to the courier within 48 hours (except weekends and national holidays) and are usually delivered by the courier within 24/48 hours (excluding weekends and national holidays), depending on the destination. Once shipped, the customer receives a tracking link for the package directly from the courier. Any delays in delivery are due to the courier’s operations and cannot be attributed to the seller in any way.

GENERAL SHIPPING CONDITIONS
General shipping conditions apply, in particular article 9 of the General Sales Conditions, with articles 9.2 (Delivery and delay procedures), 9.3 (Delivery conditions), 9.4 (Delivery prices), 9.5 (Conformity), 9.6 (Product unavailability) and 9.7 (Non-delivery), and are fully accepted by the customer when placing the order.
SHIPPING TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS
We accept to ship to an address different from the one on the invoice; but please pay extra attention to the delivery address you give us. Once the parcel is shipped we cannot change it.
