SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS
Deliveries are made via GLS express courier throughout Italy.
Orders received are handed over to the courier within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) and are normally delivered by the courier within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays), depending on the destination. Once the parcel has been dispatched, the customer will receive a tracking link directly from the courier. Delivery is free of charge, subject to a possible charge of €4 for the carrier’s cash-on-delivery fee.
Express reference is made to the general delivery terms set out in Article 9 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, in particular Articles 9.1 (Geographical scope), 9.2 (Delivery times), 9.3 (Checks to be carried out by the Customer), 9.4 (Customer’s refusal to collect the goods ordered), which the customer accepts in full upon placing the order.
We accept deliveries to addresses other than the billing address, but please take the utmost care to provide us with the exact address. Once the parcel has been dispatched, it will not be possible to change the delivery address.
RETURNS
Notice of withdrawal from the contract, with the intention of returning the purchased products, may be given within fourteen (14) days of delivery of the products.
Notice of withdrawal may be given in one of the following ways:
- by completing and sending by email (to ordinimontale@mmprofumi.it ) or by post (addressed to Boutique Montale, Via Brera No. 6 - 20121 Milan) the standard form attached to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale available at the link https://montaleparfums.com/ita/it/content/14-condizioni-generali-di-vendita , or any other explicit statement of intent to withdraw;
- by using the online cancellation function available in your personal account under the ‘Product Returns’ section, which can be accessed via the following link: https://montaleparfums.com/ita/en/authentication?back=history.

A Customer who withdraws from the contract is obliged to return the products received to the Seller without delay and, in any event, within fourteen (14) days of sending the notice of withdrawal, by posting them, at their own expense, to Boutique Montale, Via Brera No. 6 - 20121 Milan.
The right of withdrawal may not be exercised if the packaging has been opened and/or if the seals affixed to it have been removed, tampered with or altered.
The Customer remains responsible for returning the goods and ensuring they are in perfect condition. For this reason, the Seller recommends using reputable express courier services or non-standard postal services.
The Seller is obliged to refund the Customer who withdraws from the contract any payments received, including, where applicable, delivery charges, without undue delay and, in any event, within fourteen (14) days of receiving notice of withdrawal, by crediting the amount back to the card or other electronic payment method used at the time of the order. If payment was made in cash upon delivery by the courier, the refund will be made by bank transfer using the bank details provided by the Customer to the Seller.
Express reference is made to the general terms and conditions governing withdrawal from the order as set out in Article 10 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, in particular Articles 10.1 (Notice of withdrawal), 10.2 (Exclusions from the right of withdrawal), 10.3 (Obligations of the Customer withdrawing from the order), 10.4 (Obligations of the Seller – refund of payments), which the customer accepts in full upon signing the order.
It is not possible to make a return whilst requesting a product exchange. In this case, you must complete the returns procedure as described above and place a new order.
